The Communist party school was ceremoniously opened on the 100th anniversary of the Chinese communist party.

One of the biggest challenges was to try to step away from old-fashioned Chinese government-looking buildings and to create school-looking modern design applying traditional Chinese architectural elements. The main part of the building is set off from the road edged and wing parts are expanding towards the road and intersection curve. In this way, we succeed to create landscape  “pockets” and emphasize the concept design of “architecture + garden”.
