The building is designed to be an atypical office building with many activities that are not only related to work but to fun, education, and healthy life. Except for having many activities one of the main concepts was “vertical garden” which was achieved by the private garden in the middle and a few levels of open-air platforms with green space where people could have a nice view of the city’s panorama.
